Weird!
Help! Our house has been barricaded! Steel fence and police barrier tape in front of the facade, just our house and nothing else around! They left not more than a small pass to the front door - what's that??? Dubious. Did we miss a crime? Did the other guys sell drugs on a grand scale? Was there an accident? Did anyone find out about our illegal mould breeding? Does this house not only have urine scale but also skeletons in the closet?
uhuuuuu... Nightmare is calling ;-)
Or it's presumably just our landlord who is finally getting trouble 'cause of national building laws. No matter how lax they are, he probably violated them.
...amendment (12th): We still haven't found any corpse. Maybe we'll find some human ashes (see comment) which would actually be much better as it won't start to stink... ;-)

Oh no! A nightmare indeed. Any hot policemen around?! :P
I hope you can make it safely to your bed tonight, if not there is always that excellent hotel, which we all know so well and love so much :)

momentary rumors tell about a combustion - one floor above us... i couldn't have a view in yet. it was surely more than just a gas cooker, otherwise there wouldn't be so much fuss...
lu, unfortunately i missed those hot policemen, so i'll have to be content with the not less hot bald cashier at our colruyt supermarket. thanks btw for the great hotel hint ;-) well, i'll hit the road to paris tomorrow and then move there next week if they pull down my house - which will probably be the best solution to get rid of our dripping pipes and electricity problems. (flatmate is just making the whole electricity collapse again and again with the hairdryer.)
the description of the place you live in is like that of the hotel where we iceussies stayed, so lu said it right, you could always move to that hotel, unless...it was pulled down already :D
For those who are in search of good looking policemen in Vienna...station volkstheather is the best place...there you can also find hookers (AIDS package included), drugs, alcohol and troubles..and an "oper toilette".
Hey, where's the Paris post?
Had two days off (yesterday and today) and we (andy and me) went to Antwerp today. Nice (especially the shops in the FuZo :-)), but always thinking: should we have chosen Gent instead? would it have been better? :-)
